How does it work?
Upload any photo of yourself — selfie, phone photo, or existing headshot. Our AI removes the background, replaces it with the required color (usually white), crops and resizes to the exact official dimensions, and outputs a 300 DPI JPEG ready for submission.
What is the quality score?
Our AI analyzes edge smoothness around your head and shoulders, background uniformity, hair detail quality, and overall composition. It assigns a letter grade from A (excellent) to F (not usable). We only let you purchase photos graded A or B.
What if my photo gets a low score?
Retake and try again — it's free. You only pay when you're ready to download a Grade A or B photo. Tips: use natural lighting, face a window, keep a plain background (we'll replace it, but it helps), and hold the camera at arm's length.
Which countries are supported?
We currently support 8 formats: US Passport, China Visa, Schengen Visa, India Passport, UK Passport, Canada Passport, Japan Passport, and Australia Passport. Each uses the exact official dimensions and DPI required by that country.
Do you offer physical prints?
We provide digital photos only. You can print them at any photo printing service (CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc.) on 4×6" photo paper using the standard layout — typically under $0.50.
Is my photo data secure?
Yes. Photos are processed in real-time and stored securely on AWS. We do not share your photos with third parties or use them for AI training. You can delete your photos at any time.
